The most valuable thing for me was the science and statistics we talked about. That and being able to converse with individuals who had been through similar trauma. It was a like family get-together we held to discuss life and ways to improve it.
It was really cool and productive. It taught me better ways to handle negative situations and how to sit back and think it over instead of just reacting.
The situation did a lot to improve me and my situations when it comes to life. I was able to find myself in ways that I didn't know about. I enjoyed it a lot.The part about integrity and relationships was most valuable to me.
I enjoyed the program and learned a lot. Everything we learned can be applied to our lives for the better - The part about ACEs and Trauma was really valuable. So was ways of thinking before you make actions /decisions. The part about communications and relationships will help you with your job and your life.
Learning from others in the group about followers and leaders was good and insightful. Discussions of relationships will help me in my business. Overall most valuable to me was learning how to control my anger and make difficult decisions.
